By accessing or using Cosmos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Cosmos is an AI-powered creative platform that allows users to generate images and videos using various AI models. Our service includes both unlimited "fast" models and premium models that require credits.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you create using Cosmos. By using a paid plan, you receive a commercial license to use your generated content for any purpose, including commercial projects.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cosmos to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content of real people without consent
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use automated systems to abuse the platform

Credits & Payments

Premium credits are used for advanced AI models. Subscription credits refresh monthly and do not roll over. Credit packs purchased separately never expire. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe.

Earning Credits

Users can earn credits by sharing their creations publicly. Credits are awarded based on views received on shared content. We reserve the right to adjust earning rates and implement anti-fraud measures.

Subscription & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Limitation of Liability

Cosmos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cosmos after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
